Laddatrap and Econotrap are injection moulded units produced from precision engineered tooling to our own unique designs. The high impact polystyrene material offers a perfect combination of strength, rigidity, stability and consistency, and comes in an attractive, semi-gloss brilliant white finish to blend in naturally with the celling. The production process ensures consistency of quality, colour and finish every time.

The fire-retardant polystyrene insulation is firmly fixed to the lid, reduces the risk of condensation in the roof space, and ensures the loft access door exceeds the insulation requirements of building regulations, BRE and NHBC.
