Prepared Blanks
Birtley Doors offer a sized, prepped and edgebanded service for customers requiring a door blank prepped to suit your own lock, handle, hinges and letterplate designs.
The individual programme or programmes are held on one of the 5 Birtley Doors CNC machines for that customer so that a blank can be ordered simply by giving the style and colour of blank required, the size and handing.
This service is specifically to help fabricators get into the composite door business, without having to invest in expensive CNC of their own. Although Birtley Doors can help in advising on suitable machinery if a customer decides to made this investment when future economies allow.
